We have been reading the story "We're going on a bear hunt", which we have loved! The children were so excited about all the different settings in the book and what would happen to the family on each new page. We created our own puppets and drew each of the settings in the story. The children then retold the story in their own voice. In our continuous provision area, the children used the puppet show to set up their own show for the rest of the class.
