This week we have worn odd socks to school to celebrate how we are all unique and special. As a year group, we decided to find out more information about Ellie Goldstein. We learnt that she has Down Syndrome, and although she might learn and do things differently, she always follows her dreams! She was the first person with Down Syndrome to be on the front cover of Vogue, and she was on Strictly Come Dancing 2025. We talked a lot about how everyone is unique and how we must celebrate what makes us all special – she shows us that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, kindness and fairness.
